- Operations
- Assist with gathering data and generating reports
- Assist with invoicing, coordination with accountants
- Communication
- Actively listen to customer thoughts and problems
- Facilitate communications between clients and key stakeholders
- Use tech and remote work best practices for effective asynchronous teamwork
- Support
- Create and maintain documentation for various products
- Monitor support inbox, respond and/or forward to relevant stakeholders

- Maintain a social media calendar for various products
- Create and execute email and other marketing campaigns
